Preparing for Your Appointment

"How To Have A Good Time"

Sad Boy

Be sure to get a good night's sleep, don't drink the night before, stay hydrated, and eat something before arriving at the shop. You can also bring snacks and a beverage to have while getting tattooed.

Please come to your appointment sober and ready to sit still for a while. Don’t be in a rush and give us time to work together. Sometimes tattooing can take longer than expected. Bring headphones or something to entertain yourself if you need to. I am happy to talk to you while you get tattooed but if you need to stay quiet, I’ll respect your needs.

If you happen to have any skin conditions like eczema that affect the area where you're hoping to get tattooed, let me know ahead of time. If you're having a flare-up, you may have to delay your appointment. Try to avoid getting any injuries or sunburn in the area you hope to be tattooed.

Please wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty to your appointment. Wearing garments that provide easy access to the area to be tattooed make the process much easier. If you are planning on having your arms or legs tattooed, a t-shirt or shorts should be worn. If you are planning on having your torso tattooed, clothing may need to be moved or taken off. I only ever ask that you remove clothing to your level of comfort and I will work with you to provide a respectful and safe environment.

If you plan on bringing someone with you, please let me know beforehand and respect my requests- sometimes there won’t be space in the studio for additional people.

I’m happy to answer any questions you might have prior to our appointment, feel free to reach out to me at any time.
